Cancellation Policy
I charge 100% of service cost for clients who cancel within 12 hours of appointment. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be charged the cancellation fee and the appointment will be cancelled. Clients who no show will be charged the cancellation fee and no longer be allowed to book
